Workouts - Last Week Today - November 6

fontover_201671013354641-1.jpgI'm in my 6th week of training for the Houston Marathon. Race day is 10 weeks away... it is starting to feel real!

I had a great week of running this week!  Here's how it all shook out:

Sunday - Houston Half Marathon - 13.1 miles.  Had a great time at this race, check out my recap here.

Monday - Rest

Tuesday - 4 miles easy + strength exercises

Wednesday -  Rest

Thursday - 6 miles progressive + strength exercises

Friday - Rest

Saturday - 4 miles - virtual 5k virtually with my niece and then an easy mile after that.

Total Miles = 27

  8. My hip hasn't really hurt since... it is really bizarre. Maybe it was running over some of the hills (over/underpasses) that I'm not used to. Last time it hurt was the hilly half in KS.
