Workouts - Last Week Today - February 12

fontover_201671013354641-1.jpgAfter my long run on Sunday, I took it light this week.  I was up in the air about running on Saturday... but sleeping in and being lazy enjoying a couple cups of tea and reading won out.

Today I ran the Galveston Half Marathon... I'll recap it later this week - spoiler alert: I beat my time goal and made it to the podium for an AG award!

This is how my week ended up:

Sunday - 10 miles easy

Monday - 3 miles easy... enjoyed it with the Gooses Acre Running Club.

Tuesday - Yin Yoga.

Wednesday - Rest.

Thursday - 3 miles progressive.

Friday - Rest.

Saturday - Rest.

Total Miles = 16
