Goals for Houston Half

This weekend I will be running in the Houston Half Marathon race in Houston, TX.  As always, I have come up with some goals for the upcoming race.


  1. Start out slow... run a reverse split race.

  2. Be confident, trust in training.

  3. Time goals ... I have an A, B, and C goal.  C goal - 2:11; B goal - 2:09, A goal - 2:07.

  4. Execute on fueling and hydration strategy used during training runs.

  5. Have fun!
